Cathedral in Flames release EP "Vampire Remixed"

Cathedral In Flames are releasing regular singles as a taste of their current work while preparing their next album. Now their fans have a chance to check out how remixers are treating their songs. The last single of the Prague cowboys received one rework, the penultimate one even three reworks.

The remixes were done by experienced producers and DJs Reyges, Sabiani, Georgi or one of the projects of Low Bass Area Eggg- Grebulons.

Phil Lee Fall says: "We gave everyone a completely free hands, it was more of a general framework. Some things are not recognizable at all, some are more danceable. It's definitely an interesting experience for our fans when they hear our songs come out of the coffin in the basement."

And Gatsby adds: "It's not usual for gothicrock bands to have DJs remix their tracks, which is why we did it, because we don't want to just go down the tried and tested routes. I've always enjoyed remixes and was interested to see how different DJs would handle our tracks. The result is not only worth it but has inspired me to create more."
